About Viralnetix
Viralnetix is a GTM agency that builds automated revenue systems for B2B companies. We work with clients across different industries (SaaS, fintech, CPG, consulting and more), building outbound campaigns, inbound capture systems, and RevOps workflows using AI-powered automation. Our approach goes beyond just creating campaigns: we enter our clients' minds, study their businesses, understand their ICPs, and build GTM systems tailored to their specific use case.
We generate real interest for our clients every day, and your job is to turn that interest into meetings on their calendars.
The Role
Your mission as a BDR is simple and high-impact: when a prospect shows interest, you respond fast and book the meeting. Every day our campaigns generate positive replies across email and LinkedIn for 5+ clients. The moment one lands, you follow up by email and phone and get it booked into the client's calendar before the lead goes cold. You'll also revive the ones who went quiet with a friendly follow-up call.
You won't run discovery, demos, or closing; our clients' teams do that. You get them to the meeting, and that's the whole game. You'll start by mastering our systems and one client, then grow into owning the full book, and over time into booking and closing calls yourself.
What are the responsibilities
Your scope will evolve based on your skills, interests, and company priorities. Here's what you'll work on:
Speed-to-Lead Response (your core)
- Monitor positive replies in real time via Slack alerts (our automation surfaces them with full context)
- Respond within minutes, by email and phone, while the lead is hot
- Book the meeting directly into the client's calendar
Meeting Booking & Follow-Up
- Confirm every meeting and send reminders to cut no-shows
- Chase the leads who replied once but didn't book
- Keep each client's pipeline clean, tagged, and up to date
Warm Calling (grows over time)
- Call leads who went quiet (friendly, human, not a cold pitch) and get them to a meeting
- Handle questions and objections on the phone with confidence
This ramps up over time. It's not the day-one job, and it's warm, not cold lists.
Pipeline & Signal Feedback
- Tag replies (positive / neutral / negative) consistently across clients
- Log outcomes and document objections so our campaigns get smarter
- Be the eyes and ears between the prospect and our strategy
Automation & Self-Optimization
- Use AI tools to make your own role faster and handle more volume
- Help build the playbooks and scripts the next BDR will use
- Always look for the smarter, faster way to book more meetings
What's In It For You

- Fast and reliable: when a lead comes in, you respond. Speed is the #1 KPI
- Comfortable with tools (Slack, CRMs, dialers, AI) or a quick learner

- Cold- or warm-calling experience
